Building and strengthening the alumni network

Our illustrious alumni network has brought pride to our institution by successfully carving their niche in various industry domains. The collective strength of the alumni base is the backbone of our institution. The Alumni Committee acts as a thread that binds the alumni network with their alma mater that creates a synergy of growing together in this process. Through various initiatives, the committee work to spread the MHROD brand while utilizing alumni talents, knowledge, and experience for batch development. Further, the committee aims to foster, nurture and leverage the vast industry exposure and experience of our alumni network in the course of institution building. Being connected to the network, the alumni also stay abreast with the latest happenings at the institute and the students find great mentorship from their alumni. The committee gives an opportunity for the present, the past, and the incoming batch to interact with each other and learn from shared experiences.

HORIZON

Annual alumni conference, in which panels of our esteemed alumni discuss the prevailing impediments, and recommend new solutions to overcome them, as well as potential avenues in the HR sphere that may arise in future. This allows students to assimilate in-depth knowledge of the issue and share their perspectives with professionals in the field. This conference helps students to widen their views and develop a holistic HR approach. Under Horizon other two initiatives that take place are Inside Bytes and Enigma, where Inside Bytes provides an opportunity for current students to interact with alumni and Enigma is a Case study competition to help students improve their learning and knowledge through case study based approach.

BANDHAN

The objective of this program is to facilitate one to one mentoring for the students by roping in alumni of this prestigious course. This program intends to leverage the experience and expertise of the alumni to address the mentoring needs of the students seeking professional and personal development.

EDIFY

The Guest Lecture Series where the students interact with our diverse array of Alumni and gain insight into the corporate sector. This series aims to further familiarize the students with the field of HR and the recent trends & developments and assist them in expanding their HR dimension and reach.

REWIND

The annual newsletter of MHROD, strives to strengthen our ties with our alumni and to keep them aware about all of the events that take place during the academic year. It also provides information about the college's current batches' accomplishments, alumni achievements, and anecdotes by alumni.

REMINISCENCE

Reminiscence is the Annual Alumni Dinner meet. The event aims to bring together all the esteemed alumni, under one roof for dinner. The gathering honours the prominent alumni and celebrates the legacy of graduating from DSE.
